A.C. is the heart and hands behind every Di Sweet Spot creation. Formally trained at Johnson & Wales University and a Season 1 contestant on the Food Network Summer Baking Championship, she brings both technical mastery and creative vision to every wedding cake she designs. Her cakes aren't just beautiful — they taste exactly as good as they look, because she refuses to cut corners on ingredients, technique, or care.

He handles the business side of Di Sweet Spot so that A.C. can do what she does best...bake. We recommend booking at least 6–9 months in advance, especially for peak season dates (May–October). Tastings can be scheduled anytime, but we suggest booking your tasting 8–12 months out to give you ample time to finalize flavors and design before placing your deposit.
Pricing depends on guest count, number of tiers, design complexity, and flavors. Our wedding cakes typically start at $8/pp and range up to $19/pp for elaborate multi-tier designs with intricate sugar florals. Use the quote form above for a personalized estimate, we'll send a proposal within 3-5 business days.
Yes! We deliver and set up at venues within 100 miles of Kingston, NY. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and are included in your final quote. For venues outside our standard delivery zone, please contact us to discuss options.
We currently offer gluten-free cake tiers by request (note: our kitchen does handle gluten, so it is not a certified GF facility). We can accommodate several common dietary restrictions, please mention them in your inquiry form and we'll discuss the safest options for your guests.
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your wedding date, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your wedding. In the event of a cancellation, deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to a new date depending on availability. Full details are included in your contract.
Yes! Fresh florals are one of our most popular finishing options. We can coordinate directly with your florist to ensure the blooms are food-safe and properly prepared. We can also provide hand-crafted sugar flowers as an alternative for a longer-lasting keepsake look.
Absolutely, many of our couples bundle a dessert table with their wedding cake for a fully cohesive look. Simply check the "Add Mini Dessert Catering" box in the quote request form above and we'll include it in your proposal. Minimum orders apply; see the dessert menu section for available items.
Yes! We love intimate celebrations as much as grand receptions. We offer smaller cakes starting at 22 servings, and our mini dessert catering packages can be scaled to suit gatherings of any size. Just mention your guest count in the inquiry form.
